About Me Page
I am an interdisciplinary scholar of contemporary Black and Indigenous artists in the Américas, Performance Studies, Gender Studies, Black Studies, and Indigenous Studies.
As of July 2025, I am a UCLA Chancellor’s Postdoctoral Fellow. My mentor is Dr. Patricia Lino in the Spanish & Portuguese Department.
I graduated from UC Berkeley’s Performance Studies Ph.D. program, with a Designated Emphasis in Women, Gender, and Sexuality.
